The Classroom dive site is specifically designed for beginner divers and training purposes. With its shallow depths, calm conditions, and abundant but safe marine life, it provides the perfect environment for learning scuba diving fundamentals. The site offers excellent visibility and minimal currents, allowing new divers to focus on mastering basic skills.
Topography
The site features a gentle sandy bottom with scattered coral formations and rocky outcrops. The shallow depth (3-8 meters) allows for extended bottom time and comfortable learning conditions. The terrain is relatively flat with occasional small coral bommies that provide shelter for marine life.
Diving Conditions
The Classroom site is known for its exceptionally calm conditions, making it ideal for beginners. Currents are minimal, visibility is excellent, and the shallow depth provides a safe learning environment. These conditions allow new divers to focus on mastering buoyancy control and basic diving skills.
Best Time to Dive
Excellent conditions year-round, with peak visibility from October to April. The site is particularly popular during the dry season when water temperatures are comfortable and visibility is at its best, providing optimal learning conditions.
